Vintage Grommet Tuner Bushing
These press-fit grommets are direct replacements for the most common tuner post bushings used by Gibson, Kay, Harmony and many other makers between the 1940s-1960s.
The old original bushings often fell out and were lost, so we've created these with a slightly enlarged outer diameter so they stay in place better than the originals.
Relic finish options have an aged look, made to be a better match for your vintage guitar.
Large size: Fits string posts up to and including 1/4" diameter (typical for Gibson). For a perfect fit, use our #2066 Peghead Bushing Reamer to cut a clean, accurate counterbore.
Small size: Fits string posts up to and including 7/32" in 1/4" post holes (typical for Kay, Regal, Silvertone and many other "house brand" guitars). We recommend our Standard Peghole Reamer to cut smooth, perfectly round holes.
Sold individually.
