The early 1930s banjos are some of the most amazing and desirable banjos that were ever created. Now with our neck shaping templates you can finally build your banjo to match those specs with pinpoint accuracy.

More than just the neck profile, we also exactly copied the transition of the fret board to the 5th fret, shape of the heel, neck to heel transition, heel cap, and peghead volute. You can finally recreate every detail of these unique necks exactly.

Each template is a set of three, giving you 12 laser-cut contours for extreme accuracy.

Templates include:
• Exact neck profile at the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 12th frets
• Nut width dimensions, including transition to the 5th fret
• Neck thickness dimensions at the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 12th frets (to the bottom of the fretboard)
• Heel cap
• Neck to heel transition
• Heel front profile
• Heel side profile
• Peaghead volute

This ultra-rare banjo has an original 5-string neck, not a converted tenor. The narrow and deep shape makes it feel just right for Bluegrass playing styles.
